For handling flammable solvents and other fuels this pumpset features the ideal combination of Lutz components. A 1000mm or 1200mm length Stainless Steel Drum pump powered by a powerful ME series explosion proof motor (complete with Australian certification) makes for the foundation of this pumpset. Also included is a brass trigger nozzle, 2 metres of electrically conductive discharge hose (for static discharge) and all required fittings. Rounding out the kit is a drum adaptor to support your pumpset when mounted in a drum or container. An earthing cable is also supplied to prevent any static charge build-up. If compressed air drive is preferred then the electric motor can be exchanged for the powerful yet compact MD-2 compressed air motor.
Capable of reaching discharge flow rates of 110 litres minute when fitted with a compressed air motor (95 litres/minute with an electric motor) this drum pump set will provide excellent efficiency for your flammable liquid transfer applications. The robust and stringently manufactued explosion proof ME series motor provides peace of mind that pump operators will be protected and also features a low voltage release, preventing pump start up in the event of a power interruption.
