The Lutz B70V-SR shares many design elements of the B70V-D series pump, however using a unique and compact orbital gearbox allows the fitment of the standard range of Lutz motors. This allows for rapid, tool free motor fitment/removal and decreases the pump weight significantly, especially useful for operations where the pump is moved by operators frequently. The flexibilty of motor choice allows use of the Lutz single phase electric motors, compressed air motors, and the hazardous area certified motors for flammable environments and fluids. For applications involving crystalising, abrasive, and thermosetting fluids the pump can be upgraded to the HD version with an externally flushed mechanical seal.
With it's ability to handle a wide range of fluid viscosities the B70V-SR is a truly flexible pump performer. Often used in the food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries, it's portabilioty and capabilities are often appreciated by its operators. Furhter enhancing its capabilities in these industries is it's ability to be easily dismantled for cleaning. The PURE upgrade is also available ensuring all pump components are physiologically safe and allows fitment of a sanitary tri-clamp to the discharge port.
